Jo trained for 4 years at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, qualifying in 1992. As a teenager she saw how osteopathy helped her mother and was inspired to find out more. As Jo likes helping people and has always been fascinated by how the body works, going into osteopathy was a natural choice for her.
Jo treats patients of all ages with a wide variety of problems. She has postgraduate training and a special interest in cranial osteopathy (including the Biodynamic approach) and paediatrics.
Jo is married to Jason and they have 2 lovely daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being active outdoors and walking their dog, Murphy. She also enjoys music, reading, gardening and going to the coast when time allows.

Bryan trained for 4 years at the European School of Osteopathy, qualifying in 2004. He developed an interest in health whilst living and travelling in India and Asia and then went on to study osteopathy, learning how the body works from a western perspective but with a holistic approach.
Originally joining the NBO team in 2006, Bryan specialises in general practice and has a very broad approach, treating patients of all ages.

Jason trained for 4 years graduating from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1986 and he opened North Beds Osteopaths in 1990. He decided he wanted to be an osteopath when, at 14, he injured his back and was treated successfully with osteopathy.
He works as a general osteopath and enjoys treating patients of all ages. He has a special interest in treating pregnant women, elderly patients and has also been involved in the treatment of sports injuries for years.

Having been encouraged by tutors to aim high and help others, Gowsikka decided that Osteopathy was the career for her. She loves to get to know her patients and finds helping people to improve their quality of life incredibly rewarding.

Billy trained for 4 years at the European School of Osteopathy, qualifying in 2023.
Having suffered with back pain through his early 20’s, Billy decided to visit an osteopath. He was so impressed by the treatment and the osteopath’s knowledge and understanding of what was causing his pain, that he decided to change profession and train as an osteopath himself.
Treating patients of all ages, Billy uses both cranial and structural techniques, giving an individualised treatment approach to help patients to achieve their health goals.
